๐ค The microphone isn't working
Make sure VietTone has microphone permission: open the iPhone Settings app โ scroll to VietTone โ turn on Microphone. Then try the word again.
๐ No sound
Check the silent switch on the side of the device and the volume buttons. Word audio also needs an internet connection the first time it plays.
๐ Changing the language
Tap the gear icon (top right) โ Language โ choose English, ๆฅๆฌ่ช or Tiแบฟng Viแปt.

VietTone is made for children ages 6โ8 (fun for the whole family). Everything in the app is designed to be safe and age-appropriate:
โข No ads, no purchases, no accounts, no chat, and no links out of the app
โข No personal data is collected โ progress stays on the device
โข A parental consent form appears at first launch
โข Parents can set a daily screen-time limit protected by a parent PIN
โข Gentle break reminders encourage healthy screen habits
โข All words, stories and games are child-friendly educational content reviewed by us
